Sanjay Patel

Sanjay Patel was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. He is a family law practitioner who has an exceptional passion for justice.

Sanjay strives to provide his clients with a clear understanding of their options, as well as the legal process, so that they can make informed decisions. Sanjay focuses on serving his clients with cost-effective and practical solutions in an effort to help his clients resolve their most complex family law issues. 

Sanjay has significant experience before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice where he has represented hundreds of clients at conferences, motions and trials. Sanjay advocates for his clients in all aspects of family law including parenting and support issues, domestic violence, and complex property matters. 

Sanjay combines a high standard of professionalism with a results-based approach in order to help his clients achieve their goals (always with his client’s best interests in mind). Sanjay is highly sensitive to the impact that a resolution may have on his client’s lives. He therefore handles each family law matter with individualized care and respect. 

Asides from his professional legal practice, Sanjay enjoys music, meditation, modern technology, and spending time with his family. Sanjay is an avid supporter of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Raptors sports franchises. Sanjay practices in association with Allan Goldstein. He is not an employee or a partner of Allan Goldstein, Allan Michael Goldstein Law P.C.,  or the GOLDSTEIN Divorce & Family Law Group.
