Morrie Luft was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Since then, he has been successfully representing people facing criminal charges in the GTA and throughout Ontario.  Morrie does not shy away from difficult cases and defends them tirelessly and fearlessly.  He has won acquittals for persons charged with the entire range of criminal offences, including murder.   He has successfully defended numerous people against allegations of domestic assault, either by securing acquittals at trials or through having their charges withdrawn.  

Mr. Luft graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree and received his law degree from Queen’s University.   

Morrie has many years of experience and he is available to represent those who have been charged with any criminal offence.  He makes himself available to his clients whenever they may need his help and he understands that being charged with any criminal offence is an extremely serious and stressful matter.  If you have been charged, Mr. Luft appreciates that you will have many questions about your situation and knows that you need someone who will fight for you from start to finish.   That is why he makes himself available to his clients 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
