Nikan Barari

Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Nikan Barari has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. Nikan’s practice includes property division, equalization, support claims (spousal and child), varying court orders and agreements, high conflict parenting disputes and foreign marriage contracts. In addition to her trial experience, Nikan has advocated on behalf of her clients before the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. Nikan takes a client focused approach and is empathetic to the needs of her clients. She is aware of the emotional toll high conflict litigation can have on families and is motivated to assist her clients in moving forward despite their life’s struggles. Nikan can provide services in the Farsi (Iranian) language. In her spare time, Nikan enjoys exploring community initiatives which assist families in need of support.
