We will also ask that you provide us with the name of the opposing party. This is to ensure that there is no conflict of interest prior to us obtaining legally relevant information from you. We also ask for basic information about your case so that we know which lawyer to direct your inquiry to.

How is the information you provide to us protected?

From the minute you contact us (by e-mail, phone or otherwise), all communications are protected by “solicitor-client privilege”. This means that all of our lawyers and staff are ethically and legally obliged to keep all information that you share with us strictly confidential. We are not able to divulge any of the information (including the fact that you contacted us) with anyone, without your specific instructions to do so.
